CML Logistics expands and creates 100 new jobs

Core Management Logistics has taken on its third warehouse facility at Magna Park, creating 100 new jobs as a result.
The warehouse, which went live last month, will be used to handle increased load over the peak Christmas volume for clients such as Marks and Spencer. Come January some of the companys operation team as well as freight, sales and marketing teams will relocate to the new site.

With 104,000 sq ft of space the new warehouse provides 13,000 pallet spaces and 13 loading bays alongside shelving and picking areas.

CML has won a number of new clients recently, including the distribution of GH Bass footwear across the UK and Europe and warehousing and fulfilment for Lulu Guinness.

CML’s managing director Mark Webb, said: “This is an exciting step forward for the business, which allows us to expand on the high quality service we offer to our growing client base.

“We are delighted to be providing 100 new jobs in Lutterworth and expanding our presence within Magna Park, which is one of the logistics industry’s major UK hubs.
