Amazon trialled a one-hour home delivery slot for fans of London Fashion Week on Saturday, which saw it partner with former Diesel creative director and now designer Nicola Formichetti to allow customers to literally get looks straight from the catwalk and into their hands. The designer was responsible for Lady Gaga’s famous meat dress and runs the Nicopanda label.
The service was available to Amazon Prime customers in London via Amazon’s Prime Now service. Shoppers in Europe meanwhile can opt for next day delivery through Amazon Prime.
The move comes a few weeks after the launch of Amazon’s own fashion label which is called Find.
