The Delivery Persona: How Consumers Really Think About Home Delivery

Wednesday, June 21 at 2:00pm (BST)

A recent study by Descartes of 8,000 consumers in Europe and North America discovered that consumers are open to delivery options that can reduce a logistics operation’s costs while improving revenue, customer loyalty and sustainability. To reap the rewards, retailers and companies that make deliveries need to stop treating home delivery monolithically. Chris Jones will explain the various delivery personas that were discovered and explain how a logistics company can take advantage of these, better aligning itself with consumer’s views on home delivery, helping to protect margins, and protect the environment.
