On-demand delivery app Zapp launches new premium products service

DeliveryX

On-demand delivery app Zapp, which allows customers to order on-demand convenience items from its local Zappstores, has launched a premium offer called Zapp Boutique.
The new offer will allow customers to order from a range of premium products, including food, beauty products and technology. It will include brands such as La Roche-Posay and Moët and Chandon.

Zapp Premium marks the first time that some premium brands have been available as part of a rapid delivery offer. The Zapp offer was previously focused on essentials from thousands of brands and products.

Zapp aims to make deliveries within 20 minutes, with the majority being made within ten minutes, the company claims.

Steve O’Hear, VP of strategy at Zapp, said: “Our mission is to delight customers with things that make them happy, the moment they want it and so it made perfect sense to take the Zapp experience to the next level with Zapp Boutique.”

“Premium products have always been incredibly popular with our customers and now it’s easier than ever to shop premium and luxury on Zapp.”

Zapp launched in 2020 and is currently available in London, UK and Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
