Three weeks ago, 400 retail and logistics professionals from across the ecommerce sector attended the inaugral eDelivery Conference (EDC15), at London’s Hammersmith Novotel, where they heard from speakers, delegates, strategists and decision makers from leading companies such as Argos, Sainsbury’s, Royal Mail, Debenhams, Made.com, IKEA and M&S.
To recap and refresh the memories of those who were there, the organisers of EDC15 have uploaded a selection of videos and testimonials from the Conference.
The available videos and other resources include the keynote presentation from Shop Direct’s Sam Barton, head of user experience, Colin Watt, director of employee relations and engagement, and Dan Rubel, group strategy and communications director, and presentations given throughout the day.
eDelivery’s editor-in-chief, Ian Jindal, described EDC15 as “… the ‘rosetta stone’ between the hard-iron realities of large-scale operations and the irresistible force of the connected customer. It was planned (and excelled) as a great peer-led educational opportunity to approach the challenges and achievements that underpin the successes addressed by the businesses whose capabilities are admired and emulated in the industry.”
