On 11 October 2023, marketplace experts will come together in London to explore the ever-evolving ecommerce channel landscape at the second ChannelX World event.
As part of the packed conference programme, Autotrader, eBay and H&M will join Chris Dawson , editor of ChannelX, to provide insight on effective inventory management, proactive communication with sellers, demand forecasting, and fostering a balance between supply and demand.
The panel, The Dance Of Supply & Demand: Mastering The Marketplace Balance, will be followed by presentations and fireside chats with leading retailers including John Lewis, Kelloggs, Oliver Bonas and Sephora.
ChannelX World will provide delegates with real-world case studies and success stories of brands, retailers and marketplaces who have achieved results.
“I am tremendously excited about what awaits us at our second ChannelX World event,” said Shane White, VP of events at Internet Retailing.
“Our primary focus is on bringing together the region’s leading retailers, brands, and merchants to unlock untapped channels. We will be delving into discussions on both traditional ecommerce sales channels, such as marketplaces and social platforms, as well as the more recent additions like retailer-owned marketplaces, retail media networks, and the metaverse.
“With over 600 attendees expected this year, we am confident that the agenda and speakers will provide ample inspiration through real-world success stories in e-commerce innovation, helping our audience to foster business growth.”
As well as the three-track conference programme, which will cover social media selling, channel management, carriers and cross border trade, there will be networking opportunities on the exhibition floor.
