Global logistics management solution provider FarEye has launched the Delivery Happiness Platform – a flexible cloud-based platform that enables logistics and courier companies to monitor, measure and improve customers’ satisfaction with deliveries in real-time.
The platform allows managers to analyse feedback from customers in real-time and gauge customer satisfaction levels, as well as create instant performance scorecards to better understand and modify their last mile delivery operations on-the-fly and increase first time delivery hits.
It will also allow the monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiencies of the couriers making the deliveries.
The new platform is integrated with a mobile app for couriers and customers, which lets customers rate their entire delivery experience, from initial order placement through to delivery. It also gives customers live information on shipment status, ETA, package location, and the opportunity to tailor-make their deliveries by, for instance, updating their preferred delivery location or adding a personal note to the courier.
“As competition hots up in last mile delivery, FarEye’s Delivery Happiness Platform gives logistics companies the tools to measure and improve customer satisfaction by monitoring in real-time what customers think of their services,” said said Kushal Nahata, CEO and Co-Founder of FarEye..”Companies can instantly use this data to change and adapt business processes and build greater efficiency,” he said.
