One week until EDX and IRX show the future of retail

DeliveryX

It’s now just a week until this year’s eDelivery Expo (EDX) and InternetRetailing Expo (IRX) open for business at Birmingham’s NEC from the 5-6 April, but there is still time to register for your complimentary place.
The free to attend events include a number of themed conference sessions to enable you to walk away with the knowledge to ensure your business is ready for the future challenges of retail.

EDX comprises two dedicated conference tracks The Final Mile on day one (April 5) and Operational Excellence on day two (April 6). As well as the conference tracks EDX visitors will also be able to pre-book 30 minute one on one clinics with expert solution providers as well as attend a programme of hands-on, practical, training focussed workshop sessions.

Both expos include top-level speakers – many of whom we have already previewed here on eDelivery.net. They include Simon Finch, distribution director at Harrods, Glossybox’s head of operations and customer care Wioletta Bogus, and Jonathan Gorst, principal lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University and an expert on returns management.

IRX comprises a full conference programme under the theme of ‘Unveiling the future of the retail nation’ and includes 8 free-to-attend conferences on subjects ranging from customer obsession, the product and beyond, from clicks to bricks, going global and many more.

IRX will also include a series of open theatres, such as the Digital Payments Theatre, and Omnichannel Experience Theatre, both of which will run throughout the two days
