Reiss previews delivery and returns overhaul

Fashion retailer Reiss has revealed a new expansion of its delivery capabilities that will be introduced when the company relaunches its website Reiss.com.
Reiss has emailed customers to let them know that a new website is on its way which will include a number of upgraded services around delivery, click and collect and returns.

On the delivery side the retailer says this will include later cut-off times for delivery, with last orders for next-day delivery extended from 7pm to 11pm. Next day delivery will be offered as standard while click and collect will expand from 50 to 600 collection points.

Reiss currently offers a three to five working days standard delivery service which costs £5 and a £7 next day delivery service on orders placed before 7pm Monday to Friday. Click and collect orders are currently available instore between two to four days after ordering.

Reiss is also overhauling its returns process, it told customers. Immediate refunds will be offer instore for online orders while customer service cut-off times are being extended from 5.30pm to 11pm. Currently refunds aren’t issued until items are received back at the warehouse.

Packaging will also be revamped to be minimal and sustainable, the company said.
